Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that reflect each customer's personal style
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences via POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, product arrangement, and inventory management
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting customers to return and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Receive and provide constructive feedback in an honest manner to support continuous improvement
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as business needs require
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales through consultative selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
