Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in accordance with Kate Spade brand standards and clienteling practices.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales objectives through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and stock levels to the brand’s visual and operational guidelines.
- Support receiving, replenishment and inventory counts, and adhere to loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with store events, promotional activities and opening/closing duties as required by store management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanor appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, numeracy for transactional duties, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred. Prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
