Kate Spade New York hiring temporary Stock Associate in Orlando, FL. $15.00–$19.50/hr, part-time retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the stockroom with efficiency and attention to detail
- Process and manage inventory through POS transactions
- Support the sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring product availability
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer service and sales goals
- Follow operational procedures and maintain store standards
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a team setting

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment or stockroom operations is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
