Kate Spade Stock Associate (seasonal, part-time) in Ocoee, FL warehouse; $15–$19.50/hr. Organize merchandise, manage inventory, support sales floor operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, replenish, and manage merchandise inventory to meet customer demand and sales floor requirements
- Receive, process, and log incoming shipments; maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness in compliance with brand and operational standards
- Execute visual merchandising displays and product placement according to Kate Spade design guidelines
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely product availability and floor support during peak periods
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliation; report discrepancies and potential shrinkage
- Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and warehouse management software as directed
- Support seasonal demand fluctuations and high-traffic retail events, including public holidays and promotional periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly (minimum 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs occasionally)
