Kate Spade New York — Seasonal Stock Associate in Orlando, FL. Part-time warehouse role supporting inventory, receiving and sales-floor replenishment. $15.00–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process inbound shipments; ensure accurate recording and timely put-away of merchandise.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and replenishment tasks.
  • Replenish sales floor merchandise promptly, uphold visual and brand standards, and assist with merchandising resets.
  • Support customer-facing activities when required: greet guests, provide product knowledge and assist at POS.
  • Collaborate with sales and store teams to prioritise replenishment based on sales trends and promotional needs.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and climbing as required.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment; previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom duties.

Experience
