Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process inbound shipments; ensure accurate recording and timely put-away of merchandise.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and replenishment tasks.
- Replenish sales floor merchandise promptly, uphold visual and brand standards, and assist with merchandising resets.
- Support customer-facing activities when required: greet guests, provide product knowledge and assist at POS.
- Collaborate with sales and store teams to prioritise replenishment based on sales trends and promotional needs.
- Adhere to safety procedures and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and climbing as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment; previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom duties.
