Kate Spade Stock Associate, seasonal part-time warehouse role in Ocoee, FL. $15–$19.50/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, replenish, and make merchandise readily available to meet customer needs on the sales floor
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving and processing shipments with attention to detail
- Uphold visual and brand standards throughout the back-of-house and sales floor environments
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient back-of-house operations and customer service
- Manage stockroom organization and ensure merchandise is systematically categorized
- Perform POS transactions and support sales operations as needed
- Lift merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.), and navigate sales floor and stockroom terrain by climbing, bending, and kneeling
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Proficiency in English or local language per market
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or warehouse environment experience required. Familiarity with stockroom operations, inventory receiving, and merchandise organization is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

The successful candidate will be located in Ocoee, Florida, USA, with easy access to Orlando.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
