Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, replenish, and make merchandise readily available to support sales floor operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate receiving and processing of shipments
- Uphold visual merchandising and Kate Spade New York brand standards throughout the stockroom and sales floor
- Greet and assist guests with warm, confident customer engagement and strong product knowledge
- Provide styling advice and product suggestions to guide customers through purchase decisions
- Execute efficient back-of-house operations and collaborate with the sales team to ensure operational excellence
- Manage stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and ability to actively listen to customer needs
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated customer focus and commitment to meeting customer expectations
