Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, monitoring and prioritizing daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor areas
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance metrics
- Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked throughout operational hours
- Execute price changes and markdowns as required by management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse facilities
- Audit compliance protocols and contribute to achieving shrinkage reduction goals
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, including peak seasons and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for retail and customer service
- Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to engage multiple customers on the sales floor
- Elevated sense of personal style and strong communication abilities
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver both sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
