Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, brand-aligned customer service to inspire purchases and foster client loyalty during the Spring/Summer season.
- Achieve and contribute to individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards for seasonal floor sets, ensuring product presentation, signage, and stock placement meet planogram and brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, returns, and gift receipts with attention to loss prevention procedures.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, restocking, online order fulfillment, and periodic stocktakes.
- Perform general store upkeep to sustain a premium boutique environment, including fitting-room management and floor recovery.
- Participate in clienteling activities such as building client notes, following up on leads, and executing targeted outreach when required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; luxury or premium brand experience advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-first demeanour.
- Basic numeracy and reliable cash-handling skills; ability to operate POS systems accurately.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Entry-level seasonal role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-service experience recommended, with preference for candidates who have worked in fashion or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
