Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams to improve performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by retail trading hours.
  • High degree of integrity and familiarity with cash handling and loss-prevention best practices.
