Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently executed.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver an exceptional clienteling experience through personalised service, follow-up and relationship building.
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures and store security protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling, labour management and operational planning to optimise coverage and productivity.
  • Support inventory control: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention measures.
  • Drive promotional execution and localised marketing initiatives to maximise footfall and conversion.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues while protecting brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury, premium or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching teams to perform.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and high standards of presentation.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legally authorised to work in the United States (if hiring in New York).

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role within retail; prior experience with luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
