Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to drive conversion and build long-term customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while actively promoting new collections and brand campaigns.
- Maintain boutique standards through precise visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support inventory control: receive, tag and stock merchandise; assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to store events, private shopping appointments and local marketing initiatives to grow the boutique client base.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, health & safety and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment.

Typically 2+ years of hands-on retail experience in a premium or luxury environment with proven sales performance and client development experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
