Kate Spade New York hiring Senior Sales Associate in Wrentham, MA. Lead sales, mentor peers, and champion omni-channel selling 20–30 hrs/week. $15–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed personal sales and productivity targets while modeling best-in-class selling behaviors and elevating team performance
  • Deliver service aligned with Kate Spade Great Escape standards and coach peers on client engagement strategies
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and share insights to strengthen team selling capabilities
  • Partner with Store and Assistant Manager leadership to develop and execute business-driving events and sales initiatives
  • Act as a brand ambassador, articulating product stories and brand heritage to bring merchandise to life
  • Champion omni-channel, virtual, and social selling services; lead adoption of emerging social selling programs
  • Support creation of short-form video and live-stream shopping content while staying informed on social media trends
  • Capture and relay client feedback to management to inform merchandising and service strategy refinement
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, deposit preparation, and facility security
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or elevated retail environments (combination of education and experience considered)
  • Proven ability to drive sales targets and mentor peers within an elevated selling culture
  • Extensive product knowledge and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with omni-channel and virtual selling; willingness to appear on camera for social selling initiatives
  • Social media fluency and demonstrated understanding of current platform trends
  • Elevated sense of personal style and strong professional ethics
  • Ability to work flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Physical capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
