Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store success.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, ensuring the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Build personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
- Initiate and participate in business-driving events in-store.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to clients and team.
- Build strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Provide client feedback to management to enhance service and sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation
