Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted stylist and product advisor, guiding customers to assemble complete looks and integrate Kate Spade pieces into their wardrobes.
- Greet and engage guests confidently, ask insightful questions to uncover needs, and deliver personalized styling recommendations that drive conversions.
- Deliver sales through relationship-building, storytelling and targeted add-on selling; meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Operate POS to complete transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining operational accuracy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stockroom organization; support inventory replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual selling and social media engagement, to extend client relationships beyond the sales floor.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold brand competencies.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and a willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak shopping periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience advising clients on styling and creating complete looks is preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering customer-focused sales and maintaining operational standards in a high-traffic store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework preferred.

Compensation
