Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed personal sales and productivity goals while modeling best-in-class selling behaviors
- Deliver service aligned to Kate Spade Great Escape standards and coach peers on client engagement strategies
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across all categories and share insights to elevate team selling capabilities
- Partner with Store and Assistant Manager to initiate business-driving events and elevate the selling culture
- Act as a brand ambassador, articulating product stories and brand narratives that resonate with customers
- Champion omni-channel, virtual, and social selling services; lead adoption of emerging social selling programs
- Support creation of short-form video and live-stream shopping content while remaining informed on platform trends
- Capture and relay client feedback to management to inform service and assortment strategies
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register management, deposits, and facility security
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and performance excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and mentor peers within an elevated selling culture
- Extensive product knowledge and strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience with omni-channel and virtual selling; willingness to appear on camera for social selling initiatives
- Demonstrated social media fluency and understanding of platform trends
- Elevated sense of personal style coupled with professional ethics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
2+ years in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further formal education or retail certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
