Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's success.
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, embodying the Kate Spade Experience.
- Foster personal connections with customers through effective selling skills.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
- Initiate and participate in business-driving events within the store.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to customers and the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Provide client feedback to management to improve service and sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
