Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that reinforces brand positioning and fosters long-term client relationships.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect seasonal directives and maximise product sell-through.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash handling and maintain point-of-sale (POS) integrity.
  • Support stockroom operations including inventory control, replenishment, receiving and cycle counts.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff, providing product knowledge and selling technique guidance when required.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention efforts and uphold store operational standards, opening/closing procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in luxury or premium retail sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrable ability in clienteling and relationship building to drive repeat business.
  • Meticulous attention to visual standards, merchandising and store presentation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
