Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalised client service to cultivate relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards, including window and floor sets.
  • Support inventory control: receiving, restocking, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
  • Document and update client interactions in CRM; follow up on leads and manage appointments.
  • Assist with training and mentoring of less experienced sales staff and support store operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a retail or luxury environment with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising and inventory processes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
