Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed personal sales and productivity goals while modeling best-in-class selling behaviors
  • Deliver service aligned to Kate Spade's Great Escape standards and coach peers on client engagement
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across all categories and share insights to elevate team selling performance
  • Partner with Store and Assistant Manager to initiate business-driving events and strengthen selling culture
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing compelling stories that bring products and brand heritage to life
  • Champion omni-channel, virtual, and social selling services; lead adoption and execution of social selling programs
  • Support creation of short-form videos and live-stream shopping content while staying informed on emerging social media trends
  • Capture and relay client feedback to management to inform service and assortment strategies
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, deposits, and facility security
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by encouraging collaboration and performance excellence

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment
  • Proven ability to drive sales and mentor peers; track record of contributing to an elevated selling culture
  • Extensive product knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with omni-channel and virtual selling; willingness to appear on camera for social selling initiatives
  • Social media fluency and demonstrated understanding of platform trends
  • Elevated sense of personal style and professional ethics
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
