Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed personal sales and productivity goals while modeling best-in-class selling behaviors and industry standards
  • Deliver service aligned with kate spade Great Escape standards; coach and mentor peers on client engagement and sales techniques
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across all categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor; share insights to elevate team performance
  • Partner with Store and Assistant Manager to initiate business-driving events and elevate overall selling culture within the store
  • Act as brand ambassador, sharing compelling stories that authentically bring product heritage and brand values to life
  • Champion omni-channel, virtual, and social selling services; lead adoption and training on social selling programs and emerging platforms
  • Support creation of short-form video and live-stream shopping content; stay informed on evolving social media trends and platforms
  • Capture and relay detailed client feedback to management to inform service improvements and assortment strategies
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash register management, deposits, and facility security
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture; encourage cross-functional collaboration and drive performance excellence

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment
  • Proven ability to drive sales consistently while mentoring and developing peer relationships
  • Extensive product knowledge across multiple categories with strong communication skills
  • Experience with omni-channel and virtual selling platforms; comfort appearing on camera for social selling initiatives
  • Social media fluency and demonstrated understanding of platform trends and emerging technologies
  • Elevated sense of personal style combined with professional ethics and brand alignment
  • Strong physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
