- Support store operations including inventory counts, replenishment, markdowns and loss-prevention protocols.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff; share best practices and contribute to in-store training and onboarding.
- Assist with private client appointments, trunk shows and store events to drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales track record, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets and perform clienteling activities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation appropriate for a premium retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light stock-handling duties.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury, designer or premium lifestyle stores and demonstrated measurable sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
