Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value through effective selling and upselling techniques.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain cash handling integrity.
