Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and accurate tagging.
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention protocols and adherence to health & safety standards.
  • Contribute to local CRM activities, promotions and events to drive footfall and conversion.
  • Provide product knowledge coaching to colleagues and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building rapport and closing sales.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
