Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation according to brand standards, including window and in-store displays.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage cash handling and daily till reconciliation.
- Support inventory control: receive, organise and replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention practices and adherence to brand policies.
- Participate in store events, product launches and seasonal campaigns to drive footfall and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury, premium or fashion boutique environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak season schedules.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background or reference checks.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion brand, with proven success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous.
