Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation according to brand standards, including window and in-store displays.
  • Process point-of-sale transactions accurately, manage cash handling and daily till reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control: receive, organise and replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention practices and adherence to brand policies.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and seasonal campaigns to drive footfall and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury, premium or fashion boutique environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak season schedules.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background or reference checks.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous.
