Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic preferences and lifestyle
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating add-ons, and create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to style products and encourage customers to explore new collections
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate omni-channel awareness and willingness to learn virtual and social media selling techniques

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated sales success
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency per market is valued
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
