Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their styling needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that align with customer aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and product knowledge to encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and POS transaction accuracy
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English or local market language
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, ideally in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands. Experience with customer-facing sales roles and product knowledge development is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No formal tertiary education required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
