Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences and lifestyle requirements
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive looks that encourage fuller purchases
• Utilize creativity to showcase multiple styling approaches and inspire customers to explore new aesthetic directions
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
• Reinforce customer choices with enthusiasm, celebrating their purchases and inviting repeat visits
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
• Proficiency in both English and French (required for bilingual role)
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Comfort with social media platforms and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience

Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of building strong customer connections, delivering sales results, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
