Kate Spade seeks a Seasonal Stylist (bilingual Spanish/Portuguese) in Sunrise, Florida. Part-time position with $15–$19.50/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products with creativity and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building customer loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and sales floor presentation
- Give and receive feedback constructively and professionally
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment or customer-facing luxury goods setting
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, apparel, or lifestyle goods. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles with a track record of building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal tertiary education required.

This position is based in Sunrise, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
