Kate Spade in Sunrise, FL seeks a Seasonal Stylist (part-time) at Sawgrass Mills to deliver personalised styling and sales support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Provide personalized styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to increase basket penetration.
- Listen actively to customer needs and ask insightful questions to tailor recommendations to their aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Execute transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and stockroom organization; assist with inventory tasks and visual merchandising as directed.
- Employ creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear product and encourage customers to explore new styles, including omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Support sales goals through storytelling and strong customer relationships; reinforce and celebrate customer choices to drive return visits.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays as business needs require.
- Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required, with demonstrated success in customer engagement, styling, or boutique sales preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or vocational study in fashion, merchandising, or retail is a plus.

This position is based in Sunrise, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
