Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalized styling advice and curate complete looks, suggesting add-ons and complementary items to increase basket size.
- Deliver an elevated client experience through active listening, thoughtful questioning and creative outfit solutions.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and conversion of appointments, omni-channel interactions, and in-store traffic.
- Execute operational tasks including POS transactions, stockroom organization, visual presentation and merchandising standards.
- Support a seamless checkout and post-purchase experience and invite customers to return as repeat clients.
- Maintain physical readiness to lift and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or lifestyle retail preferred but not required.
- Comfort with omnichannel selling and willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel and perform stockroom tasks as required.
- Portuguese language proficiency is a plus; English (or local market language) required.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required, with demonstrated success in customer-facing sales or styling roles. Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment and familiarity with omnichannel sales techniques is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or credentials in fashion, styling or visual merchandising preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
