Kate Spade New York seeks a Seasonal Stylist in Pooler, GA (Tanger Outlets Savannah). Part-time role focused on styling, sales and omni-channel customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport; act as a trusted advisor to understand personal style and lifestyle needs.
- Provide styling guidance and create complete, on-brand looks that drive add-on sales and basket growth.
- Use product knowledge to tell the brand story across all categories and translate features into benefits for the customer.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and maintain POS proficiency to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, inventory organization and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; engage customers via social channels when appropriate.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climbing, bending and maneuvering between sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling methods.
- Availability for the specified schedule (Monday 8:00–18:00 preferred; Tuesday–Friday 9:00–18:00) and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and applying consultative selling techniques is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Pooler, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Savannah.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
