Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal aesthetic preferences
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade offerings into customers' existing wardrobes
• Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products creatively, encouraging customers to explore new styles and build confidence
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits through exceptional service
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, product arrangement, and accurate POS transactions
• Demonstrate proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while maintaining strong social media awareness
• Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment or similar customer-facing role
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and peak shopping periods (including public holidays)

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of success in customer-facing roles with an ability to provide consultative, personalized service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
