Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles that suit their aesthetic
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, elevated checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury or fashion retail, styling, or customer advisory roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
