Kate Spade New York Seasonal Stylist position in Orlando, Florida. Part-time role offering $15–$19.50/hr with retail sales and styling opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinated add-ons, and create complete looks that reflect customer lifestyle
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and express personal identity
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases, inviting customers to return
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, authentic storytelling, and deep product knowledge
- Maintain stockroom organization, visual merchandising standards, and accuracy of POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle product categories.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
