Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandising, and inventory management
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, brand storytelling, and consultative selling
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner and collaborate effectively with store team members
- Work flexible schedules to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- English proficiency
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods
