Kate Spade New York Seasonal Stylist position in Orlando, Florida. Part-time retail role offering styling expertise and customer advisory services at premium outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to customer aesthetics
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong professional selling skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling ability with a track record of building effective customer relationships.
Education
English proficiency required; local language proficiency per market may apply.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
