Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly; establish rapport and demonstrate confident product knowledge.
- Act as a trusted style advisor: listen to customer needs, provide personalized styling guidance, suggest add-ons, and create cohesive looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling and consultative selling while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including POS transactions, stockroom organization, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Support omni-channel initiatives by learning and applying virtual selling techniques and social-media-led clienteling.
- Reinforce customer choices, invite return visits, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling methods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform standard retail physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling skills; experience advising customers on product selection and styling is preferred.
