Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish trust through confident, product-led conversation.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customer preferences and create complete, on-brand looks.
- Recommend add-on items and cross-sell across categories to maximise average transaction and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and translate brand DNA into compelling storytelling.
- Execute seamless POS transactions and ensure efficient checkout experiences.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organisation and inventory replenishment.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and support social media-led client engagement.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and store high-traffic days; perform physical tasks up to regular 25 lb lifting (occasional 50 lb).
