Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers' personal tastes and assemble complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade product categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and close transactions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions, inventory organization, and replenishment.
- Adapt to omni-channel selling opportunities and support virtual selling or social commerce as required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to team performance and store presentation standards.
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays; perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs routinely (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency) and availability to work a flexible schedule.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with direct customer-facing sales responsibilities; demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or interest in fashion, styling, retail merchandising, or related fields preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
