Kate Spade New York seeks a Seasonal Stylist in Orlando, FL (Vineland Premium Outlets). Part-time retail role focused on styling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with confident, personalised service; maintain strong product knowledge across categories.
- Provide hands-on styling advice and build complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and close transactions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and style product to inspire repeat visits and brand advocacy.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, manage inventory, and execute POS transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the store team, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to visual merchandising as directed.
- Adhere to schedule flexibility requirements including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; safely lift and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands; experience in styling or personal shopping is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to safely lift and handle merchandise as required by store operations.

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; demonstrated success in sales or styling within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
