Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalized styling and sales service to a diverse clientele, guiding product selection and coordinating complete looks to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
  • Execute brand-compliant visual merchandising and floor resets for seasonal and promotional events to maintain an inspiring storefront and product presentation.
  • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and cash-handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Cultivate and expand a client database through follow-up outreach, appointment booking and social CRM practices.
  • Contribute to seamless store operations during peak periods, including opening/closing duties and teamwork on high-traffic days and events.
  • Provide gift-wrapping and product care guidance, maintaining the elevated customer experience associated with the brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or client-facing experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands; seasonal candidates with strong retail aptitude considered.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-first demeanor.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and major holidays throughout the seasonal period.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in merchandising, presentation and transaction handling.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the Orlando location).
