Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks for customers
- Showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all divisions
- Ensure operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. consistently; up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and kneeling
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or lifestyle retail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a diverse team
- Strong English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Openness to learning new sales technologies and omni-channel engagement methods

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle retail is highly valued. Familiarity with omni-channel sales environments and virtual selling techniques is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No formal education requirements specified; emphasis is placed on retail experience and sales skills.
