Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and recommend complementary items to drive add‑on sales.
- Use creative merchandising on the sales floor to showcase multiple ways to wear product and inspire customers.
- Execute efficient POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory handling and visual presentation.
- Support team performance through honest, constructive feedback and collaboration.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak season and holiday trading periods.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritising customer needs and collaborating within a team.
- Willingness to adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; social media awareness.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Previous experience working in a retail environment with demonstrable sales results and customer service proficiency; experience with POS and stockroom processes preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
