Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with confident, personalized service and deep product knowledge.
- Provide styling consultations, create complete looks and suggest add-ons to increase basket size.
- Actively listen to customer needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and strong customer relationships.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor organized and support stockroom operations.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; perform light-to-moderate physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities and collaborating within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or proficiency in the local market language) and the ability to deliver polished customer interactions.

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing experience is required; demonstrable success in selling and styling within a fashion or lifestyle environment is preferred.
Education
