Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, listen actively to understand their needs, and deliver personalised styling advice that showcases complete looks.
  • Sell through storytelling and product expertise across categories, recommend add-ons, and guide customers through purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout.
  • Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge to inspire customers and present multiple ways to wear and combine items.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions and inventory organisation.
  • Support omni-channel initiatives by using virtual selling techniques and social media awareness to extend customer engagement.
  • Uphold a tidy, shoppable environment and reinforce customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or branded retail preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
