Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating add-ons, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
• Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and possibilities
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building lasting relationships
• Drive results through strong customer connections and strategic storytelling about brand heritage and product attributes
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media awareness
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback in an honest and professional manner

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong proficiency in English and ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasonal periods, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Experience in fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
