Kate Spade seeks a Seasonal Stylist in Arvin, California, to advise customers on products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle, help them express their personal style, and drive results through customer connections and storytelling. This part-time role combines styling and sales with stockroom organization, POS transactions, and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, busy season, and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
- Offer styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
- Show customers creative ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting customers to return.
- Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.

Qualifications
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

- English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on the market.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
